Chiropractic
 

Dr. James Haxton graduated Cum Laude from Life West Chiropractic College. Using non-invasive procedures and dedicating over two thousand hours to the study of neurology, he has helped countless patients for a variety of neurological conditions.

Dr. Haxton is a multi-sport athlete who understands the value of how chiropractic can improve performance and quality of life. He is relentlessly committed to the individual patient and creating health plans that utilize the latest research and treatment methods.

 


 

Massage

Kristina is a married mother of 4 kids: 3 boys and a girl. She has been involved with horses and rodeo since she was young and her pastimes include horseback riding, camping, and playing various sports with her family. 
She graduated from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy, and can work to ease the pain of people with low back injuries, headaches, MVA, TMJ disorders, sports injuries, and a variety of other ailments. She believes in the crucial nature of a properly functioning musculoskeletal, immune, and nervous systems to achieve optimal patient health. Her goal is to provide patient education and ultimately giving her patients the knowledge, confidence, and tools necessary to take an active role in their recovery to optimum health, injury prevention, and to enhance athletic performance.

 

Melissa is originally from Nova Scotia, where she graduated from a 2200-hour massage therapy program at ICT Northumberland College. She had the opportunity to work with the MS Society of Nova Scotia and a variety of athletes, while attending school in Halifax. From her experience with athletes, Melissa developed an interest in deeper techniques and now specializes in deep tissue massage. She has always had an interest in health care, and enjoys working with clients to help a range of conditions such as: headaches, whiplash, injury recovery, and chronic pain. Melissa loves expanding her knowledge and has completed courses in myofascial cupping and deep tissue massage. She also enjoys incorporating myofascial release into her treatments.

In her spare time, you’ll usually find Melissa spending time with her family, reading or enjoying the outdoors with her boyfriend and their dog, Tucker.

Lindy grew up in Okotoks before getting a management diploma from SAIT and a BHRM degree from the University of Calgary. After working in the hotel industry, Lindy spent some time away from work caring for her three kids before joining the team at HPCM. She now enjoys working with Dr. Haxton and his team as well as helping patients get the care and treatment they need. 

When Lindy is not at the office you can probably find her cheering on her kids at dance, lacrosse or gymnastics.
